Are you a Pensioner?

Why not join the CPSA Dapto Seniors? The group meets every fortnight in Heininger House next to the Ribbonwood Centre on the Princes Highway right in the centre of Dapto . See map below.

Come along to see if any of the group's activities suit you. There is absolutely no obligation just come to a meeting, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and learn about the many weekly social activities (see below).

The meeting starts at 10.30 am on the pension day Thursday (check the calendar below for the next date) however it is worth getting there early to give yourself time for a chat, buy a raffle ticket, have a cup of tea and cake and browse the knick knack and book stall.

Why not drop in? You have nothing to lose and you will gain lasting friends and companions. They are a friendly bunch.

Craft

 Monday  9am
Tuesday 7pm		 A very social group. Knitting, sewing, crochet, quilting and many other activities. Exchange skills, techniques and ideas.

Concert Group

 Monday 1pm Any talents? Singer, actor, musician… whatever it is the concert party has a place for you. Three concerts a year and a good time.

Computer & Internet

 Weekly Free, personal instruction on using a computer and browsing the Internet. Course starts from the very basics such as using the mouse to more advanced techniques and moves at YOUR pace. Book an appointment at the next meeting.

Carpet Bowls

 Tuesday 8am Another social group having a lot of fun. 8am too early? Never mind, come a bit later; the important thing is to enjoy yourself.

Whist

 Wednesday 9.30am All skill levels catered for. Good company, friendly competition. Bring your lunch.

Heart Moves

 Thursday noon Gentle aerobic exercises for fitness and health.

Walking Group

 Alternate Fridays 7.45am Meet at Dapto railway station at 7.45am for the 8am Sydney train (occasionally we travel south but meet at the same time).  Download walking program for 2010

Bus Trips

 First Monday of the month Fascinating visits to interesting places. Usually $10 + an entry fee.

Theatre Group

 Regularly Take advantage of group bookings to see the finest shows at the best possible prices.

Holidays

 Twice yearly Departing in Spring and Autumn for a 6 day tour.

Picnics and Lunches

 Approx five per year Lunches and picnics are held throughout the year interspersed with the occasional pie and peas nights. Great fun for all concerned.
